Regular town board meeting held on August 4th, 2015 at the town hall meeting room.  Meeting notice was posted in 3 places in town: post office, hardware store and the town hall window box.

Present were Chairman Paul Ehlinger, Supervisors Nancy Schuhart & Jim Smith, Treasurer Chris Geske & Clerk Brenda St. Peter.

People present recited the Pledge of Allegiance.

Nancy made a motion to approve the agenda as presented.  Jim seconded the motion.  3 yes 0 no.  Motion carried.

Brenda read the minutes of the July 21, 2015 meeting.  Nancy made a motion to accept the minutes as read.  Paul seconded the motion.  3 yes 0 no.  Motion carried.

Paul made a motion to sign a temporary Class B license to the Wabeno Chamber for the upcoming street dance.  Jim seconded the motion.  3 yes 0 no.  Motion carried.

Paul will try to meet with Phil Shopodock and discuss the emergency management plan for the August 13-16th Forest County Potawatomi Gathering.

Jim made a motion to open up the alleyway south of McGraw St.  Paul seconded the motion.  3 yes 0 no.  Motion carried.  The town workers will brush the alleyway and clerk will send out letter to Jeff Hersch requesting him to move the fence that is on it.

Nancy made a motion to trade in the 2014 Ford F150 truck and purchase a 2015 Ford F250 truck.  Jim seconded the motion.  3 yes 0 no.  Motion carried.

Employee evaluation for the Recycling employees will be August 24th, starting at 6pm.

Road tour set for August 24th at 7pm.

Date to meet with Municipal Judge – tabled

The next regular town board meeting is Tuesday, August 25th at 6pm.
