Regular town board meeting held on September 10th, 2013, at the town meeting room.
Meeting notice was posted in 3 places in town: Post Office, Wabeno Hardware & the Town Hall Window Box.
Present were Chairman Edward Piontek, Supervisor Paul Ehlinger & Clerk Brenda St. Peter.

Ed called the meeting to order at 7pm.
Paul made a motion to amend the agenda to move #13 discussion/possible action of Humane Officer training to # 7. Ed seconded the motion. The motion carried.
Brenda read the minutes of the September 20, 2013 meeting. Paul made a motion to accept the minutes as read. Ed seconded the motion. The motion carried.
Scott Shaffer updated the town board on the Cemetery vandalism.
Jesse Houle & Bill Meyer, from Houle Enterprises, introduced themselves and their interest in working on the retaining wall.
Brenda read a letter written by John Meyer commending the board for their support in the town library.
Ed made a motion to accept the transfer of Class A Liquor License for Diemels Bait & Tackle. Paul seconded the motion. The motion carried.
Paul made a motion to accept Mickey Ashbeck & Fred Bath to attend the Humane Officer training on September 23rd – 27th in Madison. Ed seconded the motion. The motion carried.
Officer Ashbeck expressed concerns on the education of dog permits and required vaccinations.
The town board thanked Larry Rummel and the others who organized and put on the great show of the Band Shell Rededication.
Jamie Anderson of MSA discussed road issues.
Ed made a motion to approve the park worker to be paid $10.50 when working on road work. Paul seconded the motion. The motion carried.
Bay Shore speed limits will be kept the same. A hidden driveway sign has been ordered.
Library trees discussed.
Culvert replacement work will be done on Wednesday, Sept. 11th.
Steam Hauler is still waiting on parts.
Generator Wiring tabled.
Ed made a motion to post the cleaning position for 2 weeks. Paul seconded the motion. The motion carried.
Bids will be accepted until October 4th. A decision will be made at the October 8th meeting.
The next meeting is scheduled for September 24th at 7 pm.
Checks are 2622 – 2671 with a void of 2630.
